Roadtrain will only collect information that is necessary for us to provide our services to you.

Roadtrain will collect such information and store it securely during the period that we are providing services to you, and such longer period as may be required by law.

Roadtrain will collect the following information necessary for us to provide driver training and testing:

• Name and address
• Date of birth
• Driving licence information
• National insurance number (for licence confirmation)

This information will only be divulged to the following:

• Pearsons VUE (theory test centres)
• DVLA (driving test bookings and test centres)

(in the case of a company Roadtrain will assume the company have their employees’ permission to supply this information)

Further information held

• Training and attendance records
• Driving Test results

At the conclusion of our business relationship Roadtrain will destroy all paper information and store any information electronically and securely where obliged to do so by law.

Roadtrain never use any information for marketing purposes and never share data with third parties.

Access to your information

You are entitled by law, to demand and receive at any time, a copy of such information that Roadtrain hold relating to you. Should you wish to do so, please contact us via email: info@roadtrain.co.uk
